Donna Silverman

Prior to joining TCA, Donna Silverman’s investment banking career began by founding her own firm and then merging her efforts into another successful boutique investment banking firm as a partner. She is a specialist in raising capital and working with small to mid-size private and public companies with a global perspective. She currently provides valuable entrée and understanding of markets both within and outside the United States and that global perspective is in keeping with the ever increasing multi-country needs of corporate issuers. She has been a director of both private and public companies in the United States. Ms. Silverman also focuses on the continuing development of resources for TCA fund, specializing in the introduction of the Fund to US Broker Dealers and liaising with both management and registered representatives. Ms. Silverman holds a BS in Psychology.

Mike Vernon
Senior Analyst
Mike Vernon earned his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon with a track concentration in Investment Strategy. He also holds a BA in biology from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. Additionally, he passed the CFA level 1 in June of 2010. Prior to joining TCA, Mike developed a range of experience in various businesses in finance, sales and marketing, real estate, and retail operations in the south Florida area. Responsibilities have included valuation, forecasting and budgeting, market analysis, strategic planning, sales and brokering. Mike recently joined TCA and is responsible for analysis and due diligence of target companies for the investment committee, as well as, ongoing monitoring of the investments. He also monitors the fund performance and is responsible for reporting. Mike is a member of the investment committee.
