Transaction milestones and timelines
Timing
This process can be accomplished in as little as 30 days, and generally not more than 45 days on first transaction. Thereafter, transactions can be negotiated and closed within two weeks.
Post Closing
Continued communications with Company regarding execution, based on the financing provided. Assistance and advice given to companies and their corporate consultants when required. Assessment with management and third party advisors of future financing needs, and how best to address them.
