Nearest tube is Chancery Lane on the Central line. Take the Grays Inn road exit - exit number 1. Then walk along Grays Inn Road, crossing over Theobalds Rd, then first left into Northington Street and walk a further 200 / 300 metres until the Dickens on your right.
